Saturday's training plan
Below are two groups of people coming down for sea training. There will only be two groups, so check your timing properly. The number of people in each group is fixed, so if you missed your session, you can forget about going for the next session, because you will not get to have any boat.
So, check your timing properly. You may swap around, but provided it's a mutual swap. Don't change to the other group without swapping.
And also, check for your name, if your name is not here, i'm sorry but, you need not attend the training anymore.
Follow the grouping as below.
Group 1: 8.15am-10.30am
Group 2: 10.30am-12.45pm
Do not be late for your session as the schedule is very tight. As usual, be at the reservoir 15mins earlier.

Alright, tomorrow sea training will be optional for both guys and girls. It'd be at 8.15am.

The actual event will be on Sunday, timing to be comfirmed again.

Sea training.
Hello juniors, well done guys and girls for the mock test. Most of you have done well. Although this is just a mock test, i can see many of you pushing yourself to the limit. That's very good, keep up the good work and continue to train even harder.
Put that aside, there will be sea training this Saturday,22 May. Not everyone will come at the same timing, it'd be distributed in different groups. All allocation are fixed unless otherwise stated. If you are swopping with one and other, you are to send me an email indicating who you are switching with, and make sure both parties agreed on the swop. For those who do not know how to go to Lower Seletar Reservior, there will be seniors bringing you from Khatib MRT station. So be at Khatib MRT station 1/2 hour earlier your allocated time slot. The senior will leave exactly on the time. Do not join the other groups without letting me know. We have limited boats, so if you join other group without switching, you might not get to row. So follow the grouping, and don't try to be funny.
And one thing to note, for those who haven't take the swim test, but your name are being listed, i am sorry you have to pass the swim test first before going down for sea training. And as for those who have passed the swim test and your name are not listed, please email me asap, so that i can allocate in you in one of the slot.
See you guys tomorrow then!

Swim Test.
Listen up juniors, this is important. There will be a swim test this coming thursday, 13th May, before your circuit training. This is a compulsory test, if you do not pass this test, you will not be able to go for sea training. No worries, you need not to be fast to pass, you just need to swim from 1 end to another end only. The test is just to make sure that all of you can swim with the help and without the help of a floating device, AKA life jacket.
So be at the stadium by 5.45pm for a briefing, afterwhich, we will proceed to the swimming pool.
Be in your sports attire, which includes shoe and bring along extra clothings to change after the swim, you will not want to run with your shorts wet. But of course, it's your personal preference.
For those who did not write your names down during Monday's training, please email me your Name, Contact no, and Admin no before Thursday.
Alright, see you guys then!
