Juniors, sorry for the short notice. There will be OPTIONAL sea training tomorrow.
The timing will be the same as the Saturday's timing.
NOTE: There is still circuit training at 6pm in school, it is compulsory for all to attend.
I repeat, land training is still the compulsory one, the sea training is optional. If you are going for sea training, make sure you are not late. Punishment will still be given for latecomers.
