Hello Juniors !
We will be having a physical assessment next monday and i suggest that you all should self train yourselves to improve your fitness level. Run more, exercise more, pull ups, etc....We will be assessing you on your fitness on that day so please come prepared.
Its natural to be afraid of it, having adrenaline rush all over your body but the one key thing to take note is to never give up. Just to recap about what i've said during debrief, its not all about your fitness level that determines whether or not you will stay in the team, its the mentality that counts. Some people have the fitness but they easily give up. Some people do not have it yet but is keen and determined to improve himself until the end. Which one do you think is better? You decide.
